stay in shape…
How to burn belly fat…
the tomato is a powerful fat burning food
1) Cut up 3 tomatoes, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper; or pour an 8 oz glass of tomato juice, and drink it before you go to bed…..
Tomatoes have a substance called lycopene, that releases your weight loss
hormone (HGH) at night when you are sleeping …
2) Invert your thinking…….
Your biggest meal should be breakfast, smallest should be dinner…
- sometimes I will have a cheese burger and fries for breakfast
- a shake for lunch
- a shake for dinner
….instead of vice versa. Big meals close to bed are what make us fat!
Eat it early and you are less likely to be hungry later in the day.
That’s the way I like to do it….
When I learned this I started having breakfast parties with my Dad!
He likes to eat out for quality time. I usually would gain weight when he visited…
We both lost weight!
3) Eat breakfast as early as possible
- Break fast 6 am,
- Lunch at 12,
- dinner at 5 pm or 6 pm.
This way you are burning off that big breakfast all day long.
